Fall Kickoff marks the beginning of a whole new year of women's bible studies. If you are a women you'er invited to this elegant and informative banquet in the First Denton fellowship hall. The doors open at 6:00 PM and the cost is only $12.

Green & Gold Sunday, Welcome Back Dr. Jeff!
Welcome Back Dr. Jeff! – September 19 Dr. Jeff will be back from his three month sabbatical, rested, refreshed and ready to lead us to that next level God has for First Baptist Church. To welcome him back we are encouraging you to wear your Baylor Bear Green & Gold! (Dr. Jeff’s alma mater) There will be a “Welcome Back Pastor” reception that Sunday from 10:45–11:15 am in Fellowship Hall-B and again from 12:15–12:45 pm. Also that morning Dr. Jeff will be starting his new sermon series “Heroes for our Day.” You won’t want to miss it. We will see you, in your Green & Gold, Sunday September 19!

House of Judgment
This is undoubtedly one of the most powerful alternatives to Halloween’s haunted houses today. In the House of Judgment you will experience the struggles and pressures of everyday life, the reality of death, the joys of entering heaven and the anguish of being condemned to hell! At the conclusion of each drama, everyone will be given the opportunity to receive Jesus Christ personally as Lord and Savior. This is a powerful, can’t miss event! Suggested for 6th grade & up only. We ask that you make reservations for your group. This will guarantee admission into the House of Judgment 10 at a specific time which will help in planning your trip. Encourage your youth to bring as many of their “lost” friends as possible! Admission is $5.
